- Provide disclosures
- Assist homeowner in disclosure requirements
- Accompany inspections
- Work with title
- Work with lender
- Close escrow and deliver check
Benefits of the equity saver program verses selling by owner:
- Saves the seller money in commission.
- Sells quicker than selling by owner.
- Provides more marketing than selling by owner.
- You pay no advertising cost; all marketing expenses are incurred by the agent.
- You can cancel the listing if you are not happy.

Drawbacks of the equity saver program versus a normal listing:
- Takes longer to sell than as a normal listing.

- No buyers’ agents working to sell your property, other than our team of 7 professionals.
The fee depends on the price of your property. Generally it is approximately one half the cost of a normal listing.
Some for sale by owners choose to start with our Equity Saver Program and if it does not sell move to a normal listing. It is your choice; we are flexible to your needs.
