Deb has been an important part of the Hartmann Team since 2007 and manages the preparation and visual marketing of each listing. She works closely with sellers to help prepare their homes for the market, coordinates all professional photography and visual media, and ensures every property is presented at its absolute best.

Exceptional photography is one of the most effective ways to elevate a home and stand out from the competition. Deb carefully captures the complete story of each property—inside and out—following its natural floor plan, identifying the most flattering angles, highlighting important features and creating memorable spotlight images. Exterior photography receives special attention because it often provides the first impression that encourages buyers to explore the rest of the home.

Deb’s goal is to showcase each home’s greatest strengths, thoughtfully minimize potential distractions and appeal to the widest possible pool of prospective buyers. Every image is professionally processed for clarity, color and brightness while maintaining a natural and accurate appearance. Depending on the property, additional marketing options may include twilight photography, drone photography and video, 3D tours and detailed floor plans.

Before entering real estate marketing, Deb spent seven years in the visual communications industry as a Senior Graphic Designer. She conceptualized and designed trend-driven artwork used in high-end consumer products for major retailers. Her extensive background in design, composition and visual storytelling continues to shape the thoughtful, polished presentation she brings to every Hartmann Team listing.
